What happened to the Mineral Database app?

When I let my App Developer account lapse, Apple removed my apps from the store. As a result, you can no longer see it in your Purchase History to download apps that you own! That's just wrong!

As soon as I realized this, I restored my developer account. The Mineral Database app is available again but will still not appear in your Purchase History. If you "buy it" again, you won't be charged! Apple will finally figure that out you own it! "Apple's bad" and "mea cupla" too.

ps: You can also contact Apple Support to see if they can find other lost apps that you own! This only works for apps that have not been removed. All of my other old apps are gone for the same reason. However, I may just give them away. Check the app store to see if an old, free version is available. They will have bugs and may not work on newer devices.

In general, for any app installed that is still in the App Store, offload it but don't delete it. For any old app that is no longer in the App Store, don't delete it. Those old apps may continue to work for you on your device. If these old apps are deleted or offloaded they are gone forever. I'm so sorry!
